We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, adapters, and manuals, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
